Check-in time: from 12 p.m.
Check-out time: till 11 a.m.
Reception opening times: daily from 6.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Breakfast times: daily from 6.30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Outside of the above-named reception opening times guests can, with or without reservation, check themselves in (assuming availability) at the check-in machine in the vestibule of the reception area (an EC/Maestro or credit card is required for this). A telephone support line (24/7) is guaranteed round the clock from the hotel telephone, which is also located in the vestibule.

Accepted payment methods: cash, EC/Maestro, Master, Visa or American Express.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 6 p.m. of the day of arrival.
